Our core training offer is the two day Adult Mental Health First Aid online.
Training around wellbeing being is good for business but also allows us to focus on leadership excellence and optimising team performance. Bespoke courses can be created following a training needs analysis. All delivery is person centred and based on your company culture.

We can handle bespoke people projects providing your company with a sustainable working environment, aligned to exceed the needs of your business, people and continued growth.

Our clients are both Public and Private Sector organisations, it is common place for us to work with CEO's and HR Directors who want to bring about positive change within their organisation. We will work with any client who is prepared and ready to 'grasp the nettle' and make positive change for their people, company and clients.

Summit was founded by Joanne Bekis CMgr MCMI in 2015, providing individual and professional business solutions with aspirational goals to support employee wellbeing and improved outputs. Delivered through certified training, coaching, consultancy, best practise and insight gained over 25 years.
Working across multi-discipline at multi-level Joanne has gained experience, a competitive edge and valuable insight into sustainable business growth using person centred approaches.
